Junior School Certificate (JSC) and Junior Dakhil Certificate (JDC) examinations started 4th November, 2014 on Sunday and completed will be the examination 15th November, 2014.
Junior School Certificate (JSC) and Junior Dakhil Certificate (JDC) examination result may be published on 29th December, 2014 Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid has confirmed the JSC Exam 2014 Result publication at a press conference in the Ministry of Education on 31st October, 2014.
This year total 19, 08,365 students are appearing in this examination at 2,250 centers across the hole of Bangladesh. Junior School Certificate (JSC) and Junior Dakhil Certificate (JDC) students from 27,642 educational institutions are appearing in the examination. Total girls 1,011,503 and total boys 896,862
The Education Ministry said this year 47, 252 more students are sitting the tests than last year. A total of 1,861,113 candidates had sat the tests last year. According to the ministry, a total of 1,553,575 candidates, 826,082 of whom are girls and 727,493 boys, are appearing for the JSC examinations.
The examinations will also be held at seven centers abroad. A center in Jeddah has 106 candidates, Riyadh 109, Tripoli eight, Doha 72, Abu Dhabi 39, and two centers in Dubai have 18 and 36 candidates respectively. Ten candidates from Oman’s capital Muscat will also be taking the examinations for the first time.
